How the score works
Each must-have counts three times as much as a nice-to-have. A requirement is met when the CV has a sentence showing it, partial when it falls short (for example 300 employees against a 500 minimum) or appears only in a skills list with no example, and missing when nothing in the CV mentions it. Anyone missing a must-have is ranked below everyone who meets them all. Every score links back to the sentence it came from, so you can check it in seconds. This demo uses fixed rules so you can see exactly how it works. The version we build for clients reads the spec for you, understands phrasing these rules miss, and runs inside your ATS.
